MARTS website

A fellow ham alerted me that the MARTS website has been revived. Please take a look at http://www.marts.org.my/. Even though most of the links are not working, at least it is now very much presentable. I believe this one is a good start. The previous one was really a disgrace to all Malaysian hams. Kudos to those who had breathed new life to it, and also to those who are still improving it. Thank you very much!
